Un food truck, hace años limitado a churrerías y puestos de ‘frankfurts’, es una forma de restauración que da vida a cada vez más propuestas gastronómicas de comida rápida que seduce a los trotamundos que aman viajar y cocinar. Por eso está a la orden del día ver creperías o pizzerías ambulantes, puestos de batidos y mucho más.
Pero montar un food truck no es lo mismo que poner ruedas a un restaurante. La Agència Catalana de Seguretat Alimentària tiene una guía específica para food trucks, que SAIA ha comentado en este post y ahora explica en Foodix los requisitos para vender comida en esta peculiar forma de restauración.
